Our Process

How We Work Together

1. Submit your order and artwork via email using the form provided.
2. Ink Generation supplies a digital quote or Approval Request through our system within 12 business hours.  This includes all decoration and pricing details.
3. Orders will be considered Ready for Production once the quote is approved and goods are all received and accounted for.
4. A completion notification is sent as soon as the items are completed.
5. Shipment notification and tracking information will be sent as soon as the label is created.
